Our chef prepares a variety of delicious meals daily, which are available for you at the time you request. A Gambian dish of the day is always on offer. We are renowned for our vegetarian food and can cater for any type of dietary requirement. A snack and drink menu is available for anyone who feels peckish between meals, and the bar is open until midnight.
You also have a choice of where your meals can be enjoyed: Dine with other guests or privately in the main Pakaya restaurant. Alternatively, choose the candle-lit beachside “Shack”. Or perhaps you’d like to eat tucked away in your Lodge, or on its rooftop watching the sun go down over the Atlantic Ocean.
As much as possible, all our ingredients are sourced locally so you know that your hot breakfast, two course lunch and three course dinner will be fresh and delicious.
